After using it for 1 month (I use once in the morning and once before sleep), I could see my gums health improving. I use to have some redness on my gums but after using this AirFloss, my gum redness have disappeared! It works hand in hand with Diamond Clean Sonic Toothbrush which cleans externally and AirFloss just dig in deep internally where toothbrush bristles will not reach. It's worth the purchase! I would still recommend everyone to see go see your regular dentist at least 6 months once just to check on your overall dental. Remember, you will need your teeth to eat your favourite food!

I bought an additional set of nozzles, when I opened the pack 1 nozzle wouldn't work. The 2nd in the pack was fine. I realized the nozzle was blocked. I pricked with a toothpick and it works but not effectively. An expensive failure.
